How do I email clients directly from my CRM system?

Let's look at how to email a contact from within your CRM without having to toggle over to your usual email client.

1. From a contact's record in your CRM, locate and select the "Email" button just below their name.

2. The Email option opens an email composer that allows you to email the contact without leaving your system.
