How do I email inventory listings from within my dealer system?
First, let's say you'd like to email some of your online inventory without leaving your dealer system.
1. Navigate to https://www.dealershipdrive.com/ and sign into your account.
2. Click "Inventory Management"
3. Click "Inventory"
4. From your Inventory, select the item listings you would like to email to a contact in your CRM.
5. With the inventory items selected, select "Bulk Actions" and "Email" to open an email composition screen that includes these items.
6. In the “Email these listings” composition panel that appears, simply fill out the usual details like you would send, search for any Contact name using their name, include a message, and send—all from within your dealer system.
