How to Get Support

To request assistance, click on the Chat button in the bottom-right corner of the
screen.

You have the option to send us a message or search our Help articles.

To search our extensive database of Help articles, click on the Help tab on the bottom right of the pop-up window.

Type your question in the search box and you will receive a list of Help articles relevant to your search.

To send us a message, click on the Messages tab on the bottom of the pop-up window.

Enter your message and include as many details as possible. The more specific you are with your request, the quicker we can address it.
